As you probably know, my family has been in the Image Consulting business since 1942. I have provided seminars and workshops outside of the Patricia Stevens venue, as Melissa Stevens, Consultant. My areas of expertise include personal and Professional Motivation, Make-Up, Skin Care, Wardrobe Planning, Speech, Interview Skills and Visual Poise. I have presented keynote speeches, informational seminars and workshops to corporations, organizations and ladies groups for many years. I also provide individual services to a select clientele as a confidential service.

My services are best described as the refinement of personal and professional style to enable my client to progress more confidently and comfortably to each new level of success in the business world. I am a resource in my client's professional growth potential. In my experience, a corporation that presents consistent corporate image projects a cohesive impression to the customer, the vendor and colleagues.

My passion is professionalism in one's appearance and attitude, in combination with an enlightened self-esteem elevates my clients' success rate to new heights. I have worked extensively with individuals as well as corporations, in order to facilitate dynamic growth, a program must be designed to meet individual needs. I have a unique ability to provide effective coaching to corporations and to individuals who wish to become better leaders or who must improve their skills in adapting to change among other things. My strength is my ability to achieve dynamic growth for each and every client.

As a motivator and an "Image Projection Specialist", providing counseling, coaching and training to a select, private clientele for more than 25 years, I am a strong believer in the power of the coach / client alliance. Such a relationship is a perfect vehicle for the transformation of my clients' lives in the development of their professional styles and presentations.

I believe one's image should exemplify the corporation's image and/or position. Input from you will be required to determine the areas of concentration for our mutual success. I have a skill set to bridge the growing chasm between what people are being asked to do and what they have been trained to do.

I have worked with attorneys, utility buyers, ministers, chief executive officers, directors and politicians. I have trained and motivated thousands of men and women, utilizing a variety of venues, from private consultations to keynote speeches to college level courses, seminars and workshops.

The first step with any client is a "need analysis". My goal is to create an instructional outline in tandem with my client's goals. Depending upon the desired results, there are many more topics that can be addressed, but for the sake of brevity I will list only a few. Each situation and client requires a specialized and individual attention.
